I try to recognise the needs of the students then set goals, on the basis of that I develop the lesson plan.
Students engagement with the class is very much necessary, so I engage them with lots of conversation. I make allow them to independent exploration. I assess them in progress. Rewards on success is necessary for learning. I see the mistakes as opportunities to do better. I meet with their emotional needs. I try to take feedback from parents regularly. I just keep learning as long as I teach. Lastly I like to teach to grow interest students' interest.
