I believe no student is a dull because i have been called dull formerly. During my research i have discovered we have different types of learners and depending on the type of learner determines the teaching method and skill applicable.
My method is usually student centered and not teacher centered. I have realize making students part of the learning process achieve the teaching objective faster.
All students are unique and no two persons are the same. Always being positive and being encouraging help the student. Realizing that they need your guidance and not indoctrination.
