I am a yoga teacher. Formerly I was a software engineer, but just to follow my passion, I decided to be a yoga trainer. I have done many certification including TTC. Also, I am pursuing many other courses in the field of fitness in order to improve my skillset. Currently, I am giving online classes to my relatives, and friends. Now, I want to start online classes in a full fledged manner.
Yoga is entirely for one's mental and physical wellbeing. One should incorporate at least one hour of exercise in their daily life. Through yoga, you can improve your strength and flexibility. Also, you can get rid of many diseases and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
When I design a class sequence, I always check for the capability of the particular student and design postures accordingly. Slightly I keep increasing the intensity of the class. In a week, I focus on multiple areas of our body to balance all the yoga postures for our body, one area at a single day, like back bending, splitting, forward bending, strengthening etc. Also, I keep in mind which postures cannot be performed by a particular student.
You just need to be a dedicated student in order to see the results. So, just incorporate Yoga in your life for your wellbeing.
