I believe in teaching the basics first and then keeping in view the students progress further efforts will be made accordingly.
I can councel and motivate the students to learn and study.
Friendly environment is necessary but emphasis on discipline and punctuality will be of prime importance.
After teaching the specific subject or topic emphasis on students character, discipline, punctuality, respect and behavior can also be given.
Moreover, keeping in view student's behavior, capabilities and interest, counciling can also be done for the better interests of student.
