I am Naobsi Diro Fekensa. I have 2+years experience of teaching in higher education. I have been teaching Food Science related courses like Food Analysis, Beverage Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Processing and Preservation Technology, Fruits and Vegetables Processing Technology etc. I follow students and instructor centered teaching methodology and I provide attractive, relevant and useful reading materials for the students.
