According to me learning is important than grades therefore I always focus on easy and effective kind of teaching in which student learns without any burden and improves their abilities. I mostly use story telling method to teach primary students so that they can enjoy, participate and relate to their day to day life along with learning. While secondary classes needs more specifications and key points to understand the topic . Daily life examples, question Answer technique ' topic related tasks and visual aids are more effective in secondary classes.
