I believe teaching is not just about teaching stuff to the students it's about understanding the psychology of your student and teaching them accordingly to get the best and desired output from your students, I believe in teaching my students more theoretically and clearing there concepts despite of making them copy what's in books and guides inside of there brains because knowledge is something that must stay with you forever not for 3 4 days and i make sure what i teach stays with my students forever but making them understand the concepts easily and driving there interest to the subjects and making them fun and easy for them.
