My name is Faiza Akhtar.I am Masters in zoology and b.ed.I have three years of work experience from three different schools.These schools helped me a lot to learn and improve my teaching style.I taught biology to 9th and 10th classes and science to class 5th to 8th.My teaching style and methodology of teaching always attracted the students and they take my class with full attention because I have a unique style of teaching.First of all I plan my lesson according to the students needs.In this lesson plan I add all the important points that a student needs from my lecture.Then I Interact with students in such a way that they attract to my lesson,such as asking some questions about the topic that make their minds curious to know about the topic.During lecture,I also ask questions from the students to know that they are cooperating with me or not.Questioning makes active to the students minds and they are compelled to think about the topic.when they think they take interest in the class to know about that thing.After completing the lecture I give a total review of the lecture to the students so that if a point is not clear in the student mind,it may clear 100%.Then its time of the students,they ask questions from the teacher about the lesson .If a student has a doubt about any thing,he may clear by questioning.I think this method of teaching provides very good result because students learn the lesson immediately at the same time.I found many good results by this method of teaching and this is the thing that makes me a good teacher.

    This was the 3rd year of my experience.I taught biology here and spent a good time in this institute.It was also a good experience and I enjoyed it very much.I also learned many things from this institute.I worked with full devotion and satisfied the students.Students also learned many things from my lectures and responded good.

    I worked in this institution for one year and it was an amazing experience.I learned many more things from here such as lesson plan,class management,writing skills,interaction with students and teachers, students mindset and english speaking etc.This one year was a golden year for me and it was very helpful in my career.

    I worked in this institution for one year .It was starting of my job and I enjoyed this job a lot because I learnt to interact with students and manage my subject and class.
