My educational journey of over eighteen years has evolved to perceive education as a transformative venture that extends beyond traditional classroom boundaries.Choosing teaching as a deliberate career path has allowed me to accumulate extensive experience, refining my skills through interactions with learners from diverse backgrounds. I am a true believer of differentiated learning and subscribe to the philosophy that every learner has an innate potential to achieve desirable results with the necessary support and a conducive learning environment.This makes me passionate about what I do, reaching the learners one at a time and attending to their individual needs.I embrace learner centered pedagogy such as Inquiry based learning and problem based learning to ensure the learner is actively engaged and is motivated throughout the learning process. I also offer guidance and counseling and have mentored my students who have become successful in their careers.
