I am an experienced instructor in teaching different courses, data collection, and data processing using SAS, GraphPad prism, Minitab, SPSS, and Excel software’s. In the past five years, I have been teaching courses such as, Food Analysis, Applied fluid mechanics in Food system, Food Processing Machinery, Food Analysis, Heat and mass transfer in food system, Food fermentation and biotechnology, Food Biochemistry, Spice and Herb Processing Technology, and Coffee and Tea Processing Technology. I have published different scientific paper on reputable journals. I am fluent in Afaan Oromo, English, and Amharic.
