I pursued an associate degree in biology and chemistry as a solid foundation for my interest in the sciences. My curiosity in biology and chemistry drove me to explore various scientific concepts and research methods, enhancing my analytical and problem-solving skills. Before pursuing my maritime career, I gained valuable experience as a high school teacher. As an educator, I had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and passion for science with young minds. My time as a teacher allowed me to inspire and mentor students, fostering their interest in the sciences and encouraging them to pursue their own academic and personal goals. The experience of being a high school teacher reinforced my dedication to education and ignited a desire to make a positive impact on future generations.
