I believe in a child's hidden potential and I think as a teacher my duty is to see that potential and help them make the best out of it. My method can be a little unconventional. It's my duty also as a teacher to make them think about that subject or particular topic so that in the future they might use that knowledge to their benefit. Learning is more then getting good grades and I would try my level best to help the child in their wholesome development for future.
