I use practical examples, if I have to sing I will, tone variations, learning materials and actively involve the student in the lesson. I ensure that no student is left behind by attending to each student individually. During reading stories I give students one at a time the chance to read the story to the class thus building their confidence and proficiency. I give students a chance to ask questions wherever and whenever they don't understand something. Incase am not sure of what to answer I ask the students to give me the chance to do a research then in the next class I ensure that I have the answer ready for them. That's the first thing I tackle before we begin the next class.
