I am a bioinformatics senior research associate at the tumor biology metabolic studies laboratory in children cancer hospital 57357 and formerly at proteomics and metabolomics unit, where in both I gained a sufficient experience in oncology research particularly different aspects of high throughput omics data analysis pipeline and related biostatistics.
I can manage a variety of programming skills with Python, R as well as Java (frontend and backend), in addition to other languages such as HTML and SQL. I possess a comprehensive knowledge of various biological databases and bioinformatics tools altogether with satisfactory understanding of statistical testing methodologies and machine learning concepts.
My master degree in Life science informatics was obtained from Bonn university, Germany at 2021 and before I hold a bachelor degree in pharmaceutical sciences from Cairo university, Egypt. I speak good German and excellent English written and spoken.

I collected several former experiences in training people during my practical life but these still are my first steps in teaching online. My teaching profile adopt mainly the style of two-way communication, interactive examples and practical hands-on practice assignments.
