My name is Elgado Barnes. I am a Chemistry and Mathematics teacher. My goal is to teach in a new and creative way that excites my students and pushes to focus on their learning. I focus on my students learning styles and intelligence. It is important to know the best way a students receive information and how their brains process the information given. With this information I will structure a lesson that is suitable for the individual student and cater to teaching the content to how the student learn. I wholeheartedly believe that "if the child has not learnt then, the teacher has not taught". My approach is teaching is centred around this belief.
