I'm a determined teacher who believes that knowledge is passed from one individual to another through different methodologies and most specifically through one to one sharing .where we have the teacher and the audience being the student, and so I also believe in good performance for my students and this comes through motivations either intrinsic or extrinsic, and so me I'm an experience teacher who knows the various ways of handling students in the classroom setup or even through any mode of study, and I believe that everyone is perfect and I'd like to be considered since I proven my diligence work in my field of teaching. Education is power.
