A teacher has to be focused on the goals related to students from excellent to weakest. There has to be clear conversation between a student and teacher, taking care of the problems and also giving importance to the learning process. A child is always a resemblance of the teacher. I think I have this ability from my experience with different situations i have handled. I am an organised person and can also assist myself to profile for a longer period. I am quite confident about my skills.
