In my career spanning over 15 years, in corporate HR and academics as a Management Faculty, I have often faced the challenge of tutoring my students and trainees in overcoming their English Communication barriers. The porcess, has been arduous because I had to start teaching them basic English Communication before working on their presentation and public speaking skills. But, I have been able to guide them to not only overcome their fear and inhibition of speaking correct English, but also to give excellent presentations in their area of expertise and become effective communicators.
In my current role as a playschool owner, my one and only endeavour in language development of children, is to ensure that they learn correct English from the foundational years, give them enough opportunities to learn the basics from an Expert and make the formative school years an experiential learning experience.
