Have been teaching for over two years both as class teacher and as a private teacher and have learnt so much in relating with kids.I create a teacher friendly relationship with my students/pupils,I use a discussion method of teaching. In one week my pupils improve greatly academically and morally. I do not base only on academic learning but teach morals and human relationship as well,so my students can learn to behave politely when they go out into the society. I give room for my students/pupils to share their mind and idea.
