I always make sure students are comfortable with me and then I start teaching them that’s how I can I judge them where they are lacking and how to solve their issues in their areas respectively. I usually teach kids with real world examples so that they can easily connect with the topics. I am not a strict one with the kids but they make sure there is always discipline is maintained in my class which the environment healthy.
