On first day of class, the students are required to answer a short test. This allows me to evaluate their thinking and answering abilities. Based on that I would curate their lessons and plan my teaching approach. I would explain lessons in depth and provide my own notes (different sentences and structure than text books). This gives a different angle approach for students. I am willing to repeat, and give more exercise for subtopics that are harder. After each topic, a small quiz is given to check their understanding on the topic. Each exercise,quiz or test answers are discussed in class and the answers are analysed for the students to understand their mistakes. Students who require extra attention will be given more notes (mind maps, flow chart and short summary) and exercise. My teaching style is flexible and student friendly.
