I put myself in the shoes of the students,whether a beginner or advanced learner, take time to explain with details and examples. I choose to challenge the learning skills of the student by asking questions and making corrections to see the level of improvement in students e.t.c. I choose to by the studies brochure or system of the student, I sometimes look for more challenging examples from other researches done to improve my jobs delivery. Give assignments and classwork at every day of teaching to test the students level of understanding.
