* Understanding the current learning level of the student, student requirements and preparing the student to bring him/her up to the level they need to be.
* Customize the topics to bring out maximum learning outcome I.e. to teach concepts, best practices, quick tips and tricks
* Always make sure there's friendly atmosphere so that the student is comfortable and open to discussing and resolving his/her doubts
* Periodic feedback so there is continuous improvement.
* Parents will be kept in loop regarding the performance of the student.
* I believe Parent/s are equally responsible in bringing out the best in their kid/s' performance by motivating and supporting them.
* Student/parents can feel free for any help, queries or clarification
