ImApplication of real life experiences is essential to learning to take place because I teach from knowna dedicated teacher.I work with compassion. Being a counsellor is an added advantage because I do apply it as teaching takes place.I also apply mentoring my learners.Putting God first in my work is key to my success.Teaching the known to the unknown is paramount.My mood determines that of my learner and therefore, creating a good working environment. Use of realia in teaching has led to my success as well as motivating my students always.
