I teach according to students need and weakness. I use examples, writings, and if possible, detailed a certain topic for deeper knowledge and understanding. I am patient and can work even without supervision. I can explain further and repeat again and again if the student finds difficulty in understanding the lesson. I see to it that I revise. I can develop some motivational techniques depending on the Childs attitude towards learning. I also help students learn vocabularies faster by using some materials, and will not make them bored in learning, and most especially I see to it that the child will not feel the pressure of learning the subject after school, just like playing but of course learning.
