I'm a punctual and well prepared teacher who can deal with both fast and slow learners.i use flash cards,charts during the lesson.My class is a learner centred this meañs learners are free to view their opinions,they are also free to ask question.During the lesson we work together this makes the topic to play in mind of a learner.By the end of the lesson I provide the short quize to make sure that the topic was understood this will help me to see whether I reach the target or not.I mostly use phonics to help learners to read and write .learners are free to ask during or even after classes
