I teach according to student's capability and willing.
I listen to student's problems, let them learn in whatever form they feel comfortable. I become more than a teacher to them and try my 100% to give a friendly environment to help them fully grow.. I first ask the student what he knows about a topic, if he is at level 0, I start every from the grassroot level. According to his capacity I teach, then take tests then again teach in case of any misunderstanding. I give time but expect one 100% effort from student's side also.
