I am a chartered Qualified in Human Resource person with over 15 years industry experience. Being serving to the corporate sector, I have been experiencing how employees are struggling with the communication process in their jobs. with my knowledge and experience I could guide those who wants to improve the English knowledge in a practical and simple manner. I apply very useful and practical approaches to improve the confidence of each student to overcome their fear and barriers in talking English language appropriately.
