Initially to analyze the student's mind and find student's weakness. So I can help student to inhance talent. I preferred student concept to link it with some practical applications.I try to use a methodology which help student. I'll try to enhance the critical thinking of young generation. I'll try to able my students so that they can face the challenges and help them to make challenges easier. A very important point to ponder is to hear the queries of students and guide him regarding that query. I'll develop a self confidence in my students which is necessarily in this era.
