I am now retired after 20 years experience as HSE manager for companies like Alstom, GE, Saipem etc. in construction projects (ship building, power plants, refineries, pipelines...) in countries as diverse as Finland, Russia or Egypt.
A very important part of my duty was to train the workers as well as my team of safety officers and, to be sincere, this is the part I most enjoyed and that gave me the biggest satisfaction.
I have a very interactive teaching method: I always take the greatest care to understand the cultural background and experience of my interlocutors to be able to teach them in an effective manner and to keep always their attention and interest at a high level.
I am now starting to teach online, but in my previous 20 years experience I can boast that I always achived very good results, even with interlocutors that spoke English as a second language. This also thanks to all the training materials selected throu the years from a vast array of sources.
I am sure I can help anybody who want to obtain a NEBOSH certificate or want to become an effective HSE professional.
I can also cover practical topics of utmost importance in any construction site such as evaluate
if a rigging is apprropriat, if a lifting operation is safe; how to select the most suitable protection for working at height, how to minimize dangers when working in confined spaces etc.
