I don't look any of my students in that way. My students are all individuals with their own learning
Capabilities, varying level of intrinsic motivation, and all have lives out side of school that may positively or negatively effect their performance in my class room.
I have certainly taught my fair share of exceptionally bright and talented students who come from supportive families, but I have also had students who overcame a lot of adversity to be what i would consider successful.
