Hello! My name is Angelie and I am a dedicated teacher with over 8 years of experience in teaching fields. I am specifically interested in teaching and nurturing young minds. I taught primary-level students for more than 7 years in International schools. I teach them English specifically, and other subjects like Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Phonics, Listening and Speaking, PSHE. I also had experience in teaching Starters, Movers classes on the weekends. Currently, I am working as an ESL freelance teacher and have experience in teaching General English classes too. I can speak 3 languages: English is professional, Burmese is native and Chinese is at beginner's level.

I obtained a bachelor’s degree (BA Russian) from Yangon University of Foreign Languages. Additionally, I attended a TKT Young Learners Extension Preparation Course (British Council), I have been awarded Band 3 in the TKT Young Learners language assessment and completed a TESOL diploma from London Teacher Training College. On top of that, I achieved a CELTA certificate from International House Bangkok. I am confident I can be an inspirational teacher who encourages learners, provides them with what they need, and creates a positive and fun learning environment.

    ฿500–800/hour (US$14.80–23.68/hour)

    It depends on the location. If the student's house is far from where I live, travelling fees should be paid.
