I am a water and environmental engineer with experience in research, academia, and industry. I embrace an individual approach to learning that nurtures creativity and critical thinking skills. I also strive to empower and emphasize on the practical aspect of doing things in ensuring that learning is done as per the plan, and the desired learning outcomes are achieved. I am a results-oriented person and I strive to ensure that my learners get the most out of any training session. I also make follow-ups with my learners to identify and assist in case they experience any challenges, help the learners to identify and explore more approaches to achieve their learning goals, and offer the support and resources required to help the learners to move to the next level.
