What makes me a good teacher is that i posses good communication skills, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and patience . I have an engaging classroom presence, value in real word learning,exchange of best practices and a lifelong love of learning . I make a difference in a students life, impacting everything from their classroom learning to their long term success. My teaching styles include, Audio learning where people retain information best by hearing it. Visual learning whereby students retain information best by seeing it. Kinesthetic learning whereby those who learn this way retain information best by doing or moving their bodies . A great methodology that i use is experiential learning because it encourages creativity,helps students learn from mistakes, fosters reflective thinking,and prepares students for future experiences. It can be effective for several subjects, especially during science experiments and group projects .
