Iam a software geek working as a full time software developer, part-time programming and computer science tutor, and this is what makes me a great teacher, years of experience with different programming languages across different fields

I base my teaching plan according to the content, level of the student, time frame and the final point.
I schedule my plan into milestone and mainly I keep my teaching style 'PRACTICAL' because best way to learn is to practice.

I also leave a wiggle room for the student to learn the most valuable lesson with programming "researching"
