For the theory subjects,I generally preferred ppt and for numerical subjects I preferred digital pen and for software I prefer screen sharing to students for better understanding of the software. I basically focus the basics of every subject because basics are the foundation of every subject. I also give some quizzes and assignments for the better understanding of the subjects. And I also solved the IES/Gate exams previous year questions so that the students touches each concept of the subject thoroughly. By doing this lots of students will passed the state engineering services (AE/JE) and also have lot of chances to qualify Gate/IES.
