Having an experience of 3.6 years in the corporate domain and holding a SHRM CP certification from Society of Human Resource Management U.S (An international certification for HR professionals), I'm now passionate about sharing my knowledge in the domain with aspiring students. I've also been selected to Ireland's top Trinity college for master's in human resource and hoping to soon get into the academic domain (full-time) as an assistant professor. I usually teach my students, even the toughest concepts, by relating them to real world examples so that whatever learned doesn't just remain as a theory but can also be practically implemented by them.
