My approach to teaching is student centred in that I make the learning revolve around my learners giving them the opportunity to express themselves in a friendly way, seeking for solutions to problems with my careful guidance. I don't just dump teaching on learners, I creat an avenue for feedback, and self expression; this in turn boost self confidence in learners. I would say this has help me in numerous ways as majority of my learners become come out better after the teaching learning process with me, which is the aim of every teacher.
