I'm a very passionate teacher who sees teaching as an art, and I believe every child has his or her own learning style and thus no child is poor academically but can only achieve his or her maximum potential through better guidance and assistance from a good, expertise and a professional teacher.
Teachers acts like a football coach and must be able to observe learners, analyze their behavior, assess them and come out with possible best solutions on their shortcomings.
Teaching should be diverse especially in a large class size to benefit all learners and also individual attention should be given to learners who needs extra attention because of individual differences among learners.
