Honestly speaking, I adopt a very friendly approach to all of my students. For example, I teach them how to solve a problem in maths using easy approach so that every student can love that subject and make them more comfortable with the subjects. I prepare a question pattern after every lesson teaches and the student write tests on the particular lesson. Depending on the performance of student, he has to write more tests and enables him smart in that Subject. We have to understand students how much value our education has.
