I lecture, allow group discussion, student presentation of what they discussed, dictation of notes if one is interested and demonstration if my concept needs to give demonstration. I give cats and exams to see if the student has grasped the concept or if there's an adjustment required for the student to do better. My aim as a teacher is to ensure that the student can do better in the subject I taught. I monitor my results through my students because their performance should be the reflection of what I teach.I am passionate about my work and my aim is to make my students do better than I found them.
