I am an educator who believes every student can attain his or her potential if he or she is given the best teaching and learning environment and provided with the right teaching style that promotes high retention of content taught. I am warm, calm and friendly with great mastery of content. I'm always patient with my students. I believe positive reinforcement is essential for my students to transform academically and even socially for they will develop confidence and believe in themselves. I have registered great performance in class 8, CBC and also in the checkpoint exams for the IGCSE students. I able to use differentiation in my teaching to cater for learners with differences since learners have diversified learning styles.
