I focus on making the student understand the subject and make sure he/she finds it easy and comfortable to attempt the questions in examinations. I would teach how to avoid certain mistakes while studying based on my personal studying experience. It would be my aim to not stress the student and rather make the subject interesting and approachable to learn. I highly encourage asking doubts, and thinking in all ways possible. As my own professors have told me, there are no silly doubts. I will make my best attempt at clarifying the student's doubt. Science and Mathematics are wonderful disciplines and it is a common misconception that they are complex and difficult to understand which is exactly what I hope to clear. At the same time it is not enough if a student just understands the subject, he/she needs to train themselves to attempt exams by solving problems, practicing writing answers in an examination setup. So teaching involves a combination of making the student understand the concepts and train him/her to apply that understanding to answer questions and solve problems. I do not think any student is incapable of learning anything and it would be responsibility to help out the student as much as possible in learning the subject. I will constantly take student's feedback in planning out the study sessions so that he/she keeps track of his progress.
