I teach practical use of applications (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate Desktop) based of data in hand and student's use case. My approach is to teach student the ability to troubleshoot by understanding documentation and guidelines. This helps students to be able to navigate through their own problem and use Google effectively. My background in IT will help in guiding students to understand the performance of applications, going through nooks and crannies of how the hardware interact with the software. The session will be conducted similar to knowledge sharing and one on one teaching as oppose to the traditional teacher - student classroom paradigm.
