My goal is to make my students understand what I know. This is my drive and underlying passion for teaching. The .....ooooh!!!......face that my students make when they understand a concept is the best feeling and reaction ever. I believe in working smart and not hard.
Open communication is the key to understanding each other.

My methodology is more on how to answer exam question by understanding the concept in and out such that any question, however it is set can be answered. Knowing how to use your knowlegde is key.
