I am a practical teacher who likes to do things outside of the conventional way doing a lot more practical activities engaging as many senses as possible. First learning how the student learns and then teaching them accordingly. I especially enjoy working with children that have ADHD, ADD and Autism, often these children need the one on one help.
From ECD-A to Grade 3 is where I feel the foundation needs to be built and for problems to be identified and worked on to find solutions, the solutions I find are not always conventional. I also believe in positive reinforcement over children been punished when they make mistakes.
