I am a good listener and I am able to communicate well with my learners and also motivate and direct them with my skills to meet their desired objectives. I am well organized with a clear and positive approach to problem solving. I have seven years experience in teaching and also a guidance counselor to my learners. I make use of different teaching methodology that suits the level of my learners. Being a teacher for several years, I have varieties in rendering pyschological, or educational assistance to my learners, and also give them moral support and guidance which makes all my learners come out in flying colors. Having taught in several schools over the years, with no record of failure from my learners, this made me confident in myself that none of my learners will fail
