Mostly willing to teach through physical classes rather than online because of efficiency is high in face to face control of the class. It is easy to handle the syllabus and learning outcomes beacuse the proper guidance in the college of education. More than "chalk and talk" students involvement and active participation in the classroom is more inevitable in my class session.
I think it is capable to handle an english medium classroom through fluent english because my career as a student was also from bilingual.
I think there is a need to apply suitable teaching aids, technique and method according to the level of the students. Also in this alpha generation students its must to go through modern technology and 21st century education skills. Need to develop knowledge,skill, attitude and practice among students to survive in the current world. Student must be elevated according the world of work.
So there should be variety of teaching in each subjects especially in science and mathematics among teachers. I think im more enough to do that beacuse of the experience what i have got in my career growth.
Through this kind of methods in teaching students can be feel friendly with the teachers and can share each and every doubts with the teacher without any hesitation. This will make students as critical thinkers and innovaters. So in my point of view it will be helpful to conduct a classroom when we are good enough th modern trends of education.
