When facilitating, I use the simplest approach of student-centered learning and constantly engage and encourage a learner to continuously improve while I remain focused.
I put empathy ahead as I try to fit to the level of the learner. My lessons are reinforced with worked examples and I do a quick summary and give exercises at the end.
