I'm knowledgeable about Mathematics,I keep up with new advances,I red about pedagogy,I take part in professional development activities and very importantly I care about my students.
I set up my curriculum and activities to meet the needs of the class.i listen to questions and and give feedback.i give homework that is appropriate to the class.i don't have one size fits all style style of teaching I have a variety of teaching methods with which I try to match the ways different students learn.I expect my students to behave in a polite and respectful manner to be able to engage in learning.
